If it suits your requirements, we can discuss making a direct sale to us in the current condition 'as is', taking the pressure off you to co-ordinate removalists, carpet cleaners and other maintenance tasks which otherwise would be required prior to selling. 

If you decide to let us take the manual load off your hands, we can manage the deceased estate home clearance, working together to identify which items will be kept by family, and which items will require removal or donation. This can be done together at the property, or if you are residing interstate or overseas by video calls.   

We can offer alternative various strategies to achieve a higher price for your sale, including and not limited to possible funding of a renovation, trade co-ordination, staging, photography, marketing and listing with a real estate agent.
