Are you a realestate agent?

No we are not. We are a private company who buys property directly. When selling to us there are no selling fees, no home opens, and no for sale signs or advertising

What if my house is in need of repair?

This is fine, we will inspect the house and ask you questions to ensure we understand what is required. We buy houses in "as is" condition, vacate cleaning isn't even required.

Do you buy in any location?

We specialise in the greater Perth area, however we are open to opportunities in all areas of Australia.
